MCD Fire have worked across a wide range of schools, from pre-school, primary, secondary and tertiary level, and have worked to develop bespoke fire safety strategies for each depending on their design.

MCD Fire have worked across a wide range of industrial facilities, including low risk manufacturing (metal works), to high risk processes (carpet manufacturing) including working with Dangerous Goods consultants in developing the overall fire safety strategy for such facilities, which tend to focus on safe management in use procedures, adequate fire separation of risk areas, structural fire safety, smoke control and fire service access.

MCD Fire have worked across a wide range of stand-alone retail stores, from small single storey retail parks, with “mini” and “major” anchors, to large “big box” retail format stores, having large and varying degrees of fire load, presenting their challenges from means of escape, wayfinding, smoke control and fire service access.
