Where the works fall under the requirements of BC(A)R, MCD Fire, being an appointed Ancillary Certifier (e.g. Fire Safety Consultant) in completion of their design, such as a completed/approved Fire Safety Certificate (FSC) Application will provide an Ancillary Certificate of Completion Design (Completion), signed by the Engineer for that design at completed Design Stage.
